1. Data controller
Exit Games Stockholm is responsible for the processing of your personal data in connection with booking and contact. Contact: booking@exitgames.se, Osterlanggatan 41, 111 31 Stockholm.
2. What data we collect
When you book a room or contact us, we collect the data you provide yourself: name, email address, phone number, number of participants and any comment on the booking. We also collect technical information (such as IP address and cookie data) when you visit the site, see section 6.
3. Purpose and legal basis
We process your data to: handle and confirm your booking (performance of a contract), answer questions and provide customer service (legitimate interest), and to meet accounting requirements (legal obligation). Marketing takes place only on the basis of legitimate interest or your consent.
4. Storage period
Booking data is kept as long as needed to fulfil the booking and thereafter in accordance with applicable accounting law (as a rule 7 years for records relating to payment). Other contact details are deleted when no longer needed for the purpose.
5. Third parties we share data with
We never sell your data. We use selected suppliers that process data on our behalf, including for the booking system, email delivery, web analytics (Google) and ad measurement (Google and Meta). These may only process the data according to our instructions.
6. Cookies and measurement
The site uses cookies for the site to function and for statistics and ad measurement (such as Google Analytics and Meta's pixel). You can block cookies yourself in your browser. Analytics and advertising cookies are only set if you accept them in the cookie banner.
7. Your rights
You have the right to request a copy of your data, to correct inaccurate data, to request erasure, to object to certain processing and to request data portability. Contact us at booking@exitgames.se and we will help you. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the Swedish Authority for Privacy Protection (IMY).
8. Booking terms
The price is per person and room. The minimum price per booking is 800 SEK (equivalent to 2 people). From 3 people the rate is 350 SEK/person, and 300 SEK/person on weekdays with game start no later than 13:30 and on Sundays. Children 8–12: –50%. Children 0–7: free. Wendigo has a recommended minimum age of 15.
Cancellation is done via the link in your booking confirmation. Please arrive 5–10 minutes before your start time. Contact us with any questions about rebooking or larger groups.
