Nowadays there is a statue here. If you read on the label you may see what the statue is all about but that information is not correct. Actually, the statue shows how M climbs up on the horse after stealing it since that is what happened here. The label also tells you the year when the statue was raised (REST in Swedish). That is true but by coincidence that was exactly 200 years after this murder case happened.
